ENTERPRISE PRESENTATION SCHEDULE
EXPO SET-UP
Set-up is scheduled for Wednesday, April 11th from 5-7 pm in the MUB Ballroom. When arriving, please check in at the registration table located outside the ballroom for your table assignment. Posters must be mounted to a poster board of some sort and able to self-support on a table top or easel (easels will NOT be provided). We will do our best to accommodate all space and equipment requests, but supplies are limited and will be provided based on the order in which the teams registered. If you requested access to power, we will do our best to position your poster near an outlet. Teams are required to bring their own extension cords.
EXPO HOURS
The Undergraduate Expo hours are 8 am - 3 pm, Thursday, April 12. Please pick up your name tags at the registration table when you arrive. AM judging will begin promptly at 9 am.
EXPO TEAR-DOWN
Tear-down will start at 3:30 pm on April 12. Posters and all other materials will need to be removed from the Ballroom by 4:00 pm.

Enterprise Presentations
Please note that presenters are expected to be present for all presentations in their assigned group. This will help to minimize disruptions/traffic during the presentations and to facilitate quicker transitions between presenters. A laptop, screen and projector will be provided in the presentation room. Note that presentation files should be loaded onto the provided laptop during the prior to your scheduled presentation group. Presenters will be given a time check at 12 minutes, and stopped at 15 minutes in order to allow time for Q&A from the judges/audience before the next presentation.Alumni Rooms A & B
